The Journey

Not a biography. A story.

Persistence. Creativity. Technology. Loss. Wonder. Rebuilding. Finding purpose. Looking toward the horizon.

I · Persistence

Setting out

It begins, as these things do, with a single decision: to keep going. To trust the slope of the trail more than the weather above it.

There is no audience. There is no map. Only the sound of footsteps, and the quiet decision to make the next one.

II · Loss

What the still water remembers

Some chapters end before you understand they were chapters at all. The water keeps the shape of what was there, and then it doesn't.

The work, for a long time, was learning how to sit at the edge of that lake.

III · Wonder

A door opens in the sky

Curiosity is a small, stubborn flame. It survives almost anything.

There comes a night — different from the others — where the dark becomes the canvas instead of the wall. The aurora moves. Something opens.

IV · Rebuilding

Brought it

Rebuilding is not heroic. It is daily. It looks like making coffee. It looks like opening the file again.

And then, one morning, you look up and the mountain is behind you, and the music is real, and the cape — torn or not — is still on your shoulders.

V · Horizon

Looking forward

There is more out there. There always is.

The work continues. The traveler walks on.
